Return Policy may subject to change at any time without prior notice to Buyer's of Kandharam

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement, no return policy and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.

24 Hrs Replacement only

Free replacement will be provided within 24 Hrs if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product. 

 

NOTE***    : If Sealed items are opened/tampered of company products by yourself will not be considered for Replacement

NOTE## :No convenience Charges will be return Back Once you Placed order when product is out of stock. VIEW CART and then checkout before placing order and Availability

Note: Refund regarding Customer cancelled the Order or refused to accept the product while delivery (Incase of). 

1. Refund will not be provided if the order (Product) is not damaged or tampered while delivery (In-Transit), Only Product cost including GST will be given back (Transportation Charges To-&-Fro & Convenience Chagres will not be refunded from our end). Refund will be given if the product is damaged or tampered while In-Transit (Exclude Convenience Charges).

   a. If Order (Product) Has clear Description, Image, Size mentioned in the product page and specification. Then no refund will be given mentioning i.e. the product is not received as mentioned at the time of ordering and received different if the product is same as mentioned in the Product Page.

2. 2 (a). If Order(Product) is damaged or tampered while In-Transit. Product Cost Include GST and Transportation Charges will be given Back.

          (b). Convenience Chagres will not be refunded from our end.

3.  Change of Address or Address update or Correction will not be done after you received Dispatch mail or Tracking ID mail. IF you wish you can cancel the order Only product cost & GST will be refunded (Transportation Charges & Convenience Chagres will not be refunded from our end). To avoid this Update your Correct full address in your address book for Registered Customer, before placing the order. For Guest Customer mode enter your correct full address at the time of placing the Order. Kindly check your Order once you placed after the order for Address, Contact Number, E-mail Id and your Full name, if find any fault kindly mail us at sales @ kandharam.co.in or contact through online chat facility at our website platform.

4. Return or Cancellation is not Strictly allowed after 12Hrs on placing order or Once the Order has been Dispatched from Kandharam or Once you received the awaiting for shipment mail from Kandharam.

5. (a). The Cancelled order (product) due to Client Unavailable at the time of delivery and Maximum attempt reached and Product got Return to Origin through delivery agent, the product Should Reach Us, Once we received the Order (Product) we refund the Product cost alone, To and Fro Transportation cost will be deducted once order is cancelled by the customer or Customer Unavailable - once the shipment has been dispatched from Kandharam.

     (b)No amount will be deducted except the Convenience Charges before the order dispatch from our end for customer cancellation. So cancel the product before Dispatch and Awaiting for Shipment Mail you receive from Us.

6. All refund will be done through NEFT transfer from Kandharam Account. So kindly furnish your bank details for Refund through email refund@kandharam.co.in

7. Once refund got approved it will take 7 - 10 Working Days to get your Money deposited to your Bank through NEFT.

8. Seller Cancellation - Order cancelled by seller or by Kandharam the full amount will be given back - Product cost, GST, Transportation & Convenience Charges
